White Stemmed Pak Choi - 50 Seeds

Sow seeds in a depth of 0.5cm,  spacing them 60cm apart. Germination within 10-21 days. Harvest within 45 - 75 days.

Pak Choi is also known as Bok Choy or Chinese Cabbage.  This leafy vegetable belongs to the cruciferous family of vegetables. White-stemmed Pak Choi has thick, white stalks which are crisp and tender with dark green and glossy leaves have a slightly sweet and mild flavour.   Their leaves are shaped like a spoon with a slightly crinkled texture.
