Your delivery is on it’s way!
We’ve partnered with Bob Go to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. Every package is tracked, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is shipped—allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location:
- Local: 1 – 3 business days
- Main Areas: 2 – 4 business days
- Regional Areas: 3 – 5 business days
- Regional Outlying Areas: 5 – 7 business days
Please note: Deliveries may experience due to public holidays, delays during peak seasons (we all know how chaotic Black Friday and the Festive Season can be!), or due to unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather conditions. Rest assured; we’ll keep you informed of any delays as they arise.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under R500: Flat shipping fee of R115 applies.
- Orders over R500: Enjoy free shipping!
- An outlying surcharge of R75 might apply!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply use this number to track your package via the courier’s website.
International Shipping
Due to strict Department of Agriculture regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders across borders or internationally.
