Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at joni@jonquil.co.za. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

·         In the same condition as received

·         In its original packaging

·         Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Incorrect Items

If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please let me know immediately and send a photo of the damage to joni@jonquil.co.za. Our trusted last-mile delivery partner values your feedback, and I will personally assist in resolving the issue.

If you received the wrong item, I would gladly replace it quickly and at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it’s in saleable condition. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
