Beetroot Rainbow Mix (Beta Vulgaris) is a vibrant blend of beetroot varieties in shades of red, gold, white, and candy-striped. These sweet, tender roots are packed with flavour and nutrients, ideal for roasting, juicing, or adding raw to salads. The young, colourful leaves are also edible and can be cooked just like spinach or used fresh in salads. A great dual-purpose crop!
