Jalapeño M is a popular hybrid variety of jalapeño pepper known for its uniform size, high yield, and medium heat. It’s ideal for fresh use, pickling, and stuffing (like jalapeño poppers). The skin of Jalapeño M peppers is smooth, glossy, and firm, with a deep green colour that ripens to a vibrant red when mature. It has a slightly waxy texture and is typically thick-walled, making it ideal for stuffing and pickling. The skin may occasionally show fine corking (light brown striations), which is a natural trait and often considered a sign of maturity and flavour.
